History
Dynamic Logic was founded in 1999 as an independent market research firm to provide to high-quality research to advertisers, agencies,
and publishers.
From the beginning, the company's research focus has been to help companies understand the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and to be
experts in answering that question.
The company found a niche by bringing traditional market research acumen to online data collection and packaging it in ways that proved useful for
brand advertisers. Nick Nyhan, who founded Dynamic Logic, had a background in politics, market research, technology, and advertising. He was later
joined by Ronit Aviv who became the company's CTO. In 2001, Dynamic Logic Europe was formed and developed a unique practice that incorporates the
nuances of European campaigns and culture.
Today, Dynamic Logic operates as a subsidiary of Millward Brown, one of the world's top 10 marketing research organizations, and remains a leading market research firm with expertise in marketing effectiveness. In July 2006, Jean Robinson, former CFO, was appointed President of Dynamic Logic. Nyhan, now serving as CEO of Dynamic Logic, has also assumed the newly created role of Managing Director of Millward Brown's Futures Group, a unit that focuses on digital and integrated advertising measurement.
